About the US-Brazil Energy Forum

Founding Chairman Jon P. Vague, CEO of NLV International, officially opened the US-Brazil Energy Forum For World Commerce and Development on May 2, 2011, in Houston, accepting proclamations from members of US Congress and hosting the Government of Brazil, ANP and Petrobras in an event involving 150 senior energy-industry participants and government officials. Operating in the period 2011-2013, the US-Brazil Energy Forum was a Houston-based, private organization, headquartered in Houston, Texas, the energy capital of the world, committed to bringing to the public a forum for gathering international private sector, non-profit and government officials from the US and Brazil, from other key foreign trade countries, and from the international community in general. Its purpose was to promote constructive dialogue pertinent to international oil & gas, energy and infrastructure trade and investment.
